|  We made a decision to move out of state and had two homes to sell in the Green Trails area. Thinking about the commission on two homes was a little overwhelming. We had seen signs for Assist2Sell but really knew nothing about them. We went online to do further research and decided to give them a call. At first we were a bit skeptical about the flat fee concept because we thought we might not receive full service from the company. We soon learned that this was not the case, and that they provided all of the services required when marketing a home.
Vickey Wachtel from Assist2Sell came out the following day and answered all our questions. We listed both homes that day and the next day we began to have showings. Our main residence had 16 showings within the first week and during that time we received not one but two offers, one above full asking price. Three weeks later we closed on that residence. Although the Buyer used an agent outside of Assist2Sell we still saved about $4,100. We received an offer on our second home within three weeks of listing and it is scheduled to close in about six weeks. Because the Buyer used Assist2Sell our commission on this home will only be $2,995 a savings of $6,600. That is an overall savings of over $10,000 for both houses. The personalized service we received from Vickey was extraordinary. Have no doubts about Assist2Sell not being a full service realtor. We are here to proclaim they are. We highly recommend Assist2Sell to anyone who is in the need of Realtor services.

|  Originally, we called Assist-2-Sell based on the potential savings on commissions. We had researched several possibilities and thought that the Assist-2-Sell model for selling homes was a fresh approach in this age of the Internet. After meeting with Greg and working with him on the initial phase of getting our home on the market, we quickly came to the conclusion that we had made the right decision.
Our home went on the market at the end of the 2006 summer selling period, just before the nationwide downturn in home sales hit Houston in the fall. Even with all of the obstacles that kept appearing, Greg kept a positive attitude and helped us to keep a clear perspective. By December, we had a solid contract and closed in early January.
Greg and his staff were always professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. As we worked through the process of selling our home, Greg really proved to be an asset. "At first I thought we would never find a house both my wife and I could agree upon. We had been looking for months and my wife and I were almost exhausted when you introduced us the home of our dreams. We both loved it. Then the negotiations started. We thought the negotiations would be the easy part but no this went on for over a month. We had mixed frustration levels over no response from the seller and responses like “sorry, we’re skiing in Colorado”. |  After things have settled down a bit in my move back to upstate New York, I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your company and the services of both yourself and Charlotte and Howard Robinson. You have all been very professional and sensitive to my needs at the time of this sale. Your office staff was also very helpful and efficient.
I was impressed right away with Charlotte and Howard and their obvious knowledge of real estate and the area specific to my home in La Porte, Texas.
